Selenium Chrome-Driver Proxy with Authentication

Proxy in Selenium chromedriver is easy to configure but what happens when authentication is needed!!

Thanks to the stackoverflow answer for saving my day. And I am just writing this blog post so that whenever I need this solution again - don't have to google it.
